A Faithful Shepherd in Las Vegas and Beyond Pastor Johnny Gilmore has served as the pastor of New Shiloh Baptist Church in Las Vegas, Nevada, for 22 years. His two decades of ministry at New Shiloh reflect a deep commitment to biblical preaching, pastoral care, and faithful leadership. Under his shepherding, the church has remained a spiritual home for members and a place of worship, fellowship, and hope in the Las Vegas community. Leadership in the Progressive National Baptist Convention In addition to his pastoral ministry, Pastor Gilmore serves as President of the Southwest Region of the Progressive National Baptist Convention (PNBC). In this role, he provides leadership and support to churches and pastors across the region, helping to advance the mission of the PNBC and strengthen ministry partnerships. A Heart for the Flock Pastor Gilmore is known for his warm and personal approach to ministry. He is committed to teaching and preaching the Word of God in a way that is grounded, practical, and encouraging, helping members grow in faith and apply God’s truth to everyday life.
