Who We Are

The heart of Jesus’ ministry was people not programs or politics, but people. He was drawn to individuals who had honest questions, problems, and needs. NRVCC is an exciting church designed to meet your needs in today’s world. It’s a place where you can:

Feel God’s presence and love
Meet friendly, down to earth people
Enjoy exciting current music
Hear positive, practical messages that relate to your daily life
Dress casually and come as you are
Trust your children to the care of trained, dedicated children’s workers

At NRVCC, we are convinced that church can be and should be enjoyable. If you are looking for a church family that cares about you, NRVCC may just be what you’ve been looking for.

Mike Neuse

Mike Neuse (pronounced “noisy”) loves life and the Giver of life. Among other things, he enjoys making memories with his family, playing golf, making music, and teaching the Bible. He has been overwhelmed by grace and wants people to know that God’s grace is greater than any failure and that “the past is not the final truth” about anyone who embraces God and His offer of forgiveness and eternal life. Mike is the founding pastor of NRVCC, which began in 1998. He has earned degrees from Anderson College in Anderson, S.C., Central Wesleyan College in Center, S.C. and Southwestern Theological Seminary in Forth Worth, Texas.
