What are services like?
You can expect a casual and welcoming environment including music, worship, teaching from scripture, and discussion over coffee and snacks. Bring your kids! Children are a priority in our community. Children’s programs and childcare are available for infants through 5th grade. We provide safe and engaging children’s activities which support learning and fun. Activities include stories, songs, crafts, and free play guided by caring Christian adults and parent volunteers from our children’s team. All children’s workers and volunteers have additionally passed national a local background screening. Get Involved Our gatherings, community, and events are facilitated “for the community, by the community.” Once you spend some time with us, we encourage everyone to find areas to serve and support the community - either within or alongside the church as we serve the city and beyond.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You are welcome here. New Community is a safe environment to explore the life and teachings of Jesus among a community who follows him. We work hard to avoid assumptions, and speak in language and context that is accessible to anyone. We invite dialogue in our gatherings as well, and include small discussion groups as part of our weekly experience together. We teach from the Bible and make free Bibles available to follow along, as well as put scripture on a video screen for everyone.
