New City is a newer church on Indy's East Side. Our formal mission is to "lift us Jesus in such as way that all kinds of people courageously and creatively participate in the story he is unfolding in the earth."
What does this mean? We want to worship authentically, love well, and build disciples who do the same.

Leadership
Roger Williams
Roger & Carmen Williams are both Midwesterners, have been married 29 years, have 5 wonderful children and a growing list of grandkids. Roger earned his B.A. from The University of the State of New York and a Master’s of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary. Prior to beginning New City Church, Roger was Assistant Pastor at Christ Community Church in Carmel, IN and Youth Pastor of West Hills Community Church in St. Louis. Carmen earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Truman State University, has worked as an Cardiac Rehab Specialist, an office administrator at Covenant Seminary, an Admin for New City Church, and is currently a Senior Analyst for Community Health Network.Location & Directions
