About Us
Mt Pleasant First United Methodist Church endeavors to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who enter the church, who watch via TV or listen via podcast and to the community around us. We believe that when Christ's life, death, resurrection, and intercession are uplifted, it will change lives and make disciples for the transformation of the world.
We realize that tastes vary so we have a traditional service at 9:00am and a contemporary service at 11:00am with Sunday School between. We also offer several musical groups and invite participation. There is plenty of opportunity for social interaction in small groups, United Methodist Women, Men's Saturday Bible Study just to name a few. Children are important so we accommodate your needs with nursery care and with a full age based Sunday School curriculum. We hope you will join us.

Diane Gordon
Diane Gordon has served the West Michigan Conference of United Methodists since 2002. Before the ministry she was an orchestra conductor and violin teacher for 20 years. She is married to Tom Gordon and they have one adult son.Location & Directions
