Milldale Presbyterian Church

Milldale Presbyterian, the little white church on Henry Road between Springfield and Orlinda Tennessee, is a marvel in the current days, when people at large split off by age group to their own separate worlds. This congregation binds together everyone from the squalling infant who makes everyone smile to the octogenarian. The Bible is studied and preached at Milldale and the people are accepting of others. Their humility, it seems, reminds them they are not better than anyone else. That makes it easier for them to reach out to everyone else. The people of Milldale prayed their way through World War I, The Great Depression, World War II, Korea, Viet Nam, the Cold War, Gulf War, Iraq, Afghanistan and now all the wars in the middle east. Come visit. If you're overwhelmed, weighed down by life, come lay down your burdens for a little while. Leave them outside the door and be refreshed. When you pick those weighty packages up as you leave the church, they'll not feel so heavy, and you'll feel stronger to carry them.
