We are a congregation of believers, who live and worship Jesus in the Fox River Valley. However, "what we do" extends beyond our location and stretches around the globe. We want you and your family to experience God's love and salvation through Jesus Christ. We also want to provide you and your family a place to worship God and grow in your relationship with Jesus as Lord. We look forward to the opportunity to meet you in one of our worship services or ministry activities. What to Expect

What are services like?
Each service is designed to focus on the Biblical truth for that week and is therefore unique to itself. A variety of styles of worship are used at any given time, incorporating drama, interpretive movement, choruses, hymns, instrumental music, solos or ensemble groups, worship banners, and multi-media presentations. The message from God’s Word is the focal point of the worship time. All elements of the service are designed to help worshipers focus on the One True God.

What is the community like?
Our church community is a combination of white collar and blue collar workers. We are multigenerational and enjoy fellowship and studying God's word in multiple settings. We are down to earth and very informal. Some in our church wear coats and ties, but the majority do not. Our pastor preaches in jeans and is very laid back in his preaching.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We love to create an environment where a non believer can feel comfortable and spend time getting to know us and finding his or her connection to God. We have Bible study for all ages, which is a discussion oriented time and a person is able to ask questions. If the answer is not known by the teacher, they will be more than happy to get the answer for you.

Leadership

Bruce Worley

Pastor Bruce and his wife Gabbie came to Crosspointe in July 2009 from Texas, but we don't hold that against them. Bruce received his Bachelors degree from Dallas Baptist University and his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also has done additional study at Trinity Seminary. Pastor Bruce brings a wide range of experience as our pastor having served in several other churches as a pastor as well as serving as a Chaplain in a hospital and as a Missionary in Guatemala. Pastor Bruce has a love for preaching and for sharing the love of Christ with people. Pastor Bruce and Gabbie have four children and two grandchildren. Ask them they have pictures! Pastor Bruce loves all sports, but his main interest are any of the teams in Dallas, such as the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks.
