What to Expect

What are services like?
Service time changed to 10am (Aug 2014) - 1st and 3rd services of the month -- Traditional liturgy and music, singing by our choir, also harpist on the 1st Sunday of the month - 2nd and 4th services -- led by our very talented, contemporary Praise Band Communion: We serve Communion every Sunday during worship. The first Sunday of the month, Communion is served kneeling or standing at the Communion rail, in individual cups. Worshipers are free to choose from wine or grape juice. Every other Sunday, Communion is served by intinction (dipping the communion wafer into the wine chalice or the grape-juice chalice). Style of dress: Some dress up, some dress in business casual or jeans.

What is the community like?
We are a welcoming, multi-generational church community. We accept people where they are. We accept children as gifts from God and adore seeing them during worship. We will open our nursery when requested, but usually our children are comfortably present during the majority of our worship service. There is a Children's Sermon each Sunday. Following that, during the adult sermon, the kids can go into our Music Room for Children's Choir practice.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We welcome seekers. We will do our best to explain who we are and in what we believe as a church. We offer adult Christian education for you to further explore your own beliefs at your own pace. You are most welcome to attend services during this reflective process.
