Originally born outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I've come to Long Island loving the sense of community and this particular church's sense of call to be God's hands in this hurt and needing world. I've had a range of experiences, from getting a teaching degree in elementary education to working at the United Nations, and from working in a small church to working in a large corporation. I am blessed by God to be energetic and charismatic, while graced with the ability to walk with people through the good and trying moments. For me, faith is personal and community-based, and I long for all people to know the length and depth and breadth of God's love in their lives, no matter what they are facing for I know the pain of feeling abandoned by God, and then realizing that God has never left me nor stopped loving me unconditionally.
