What to Expect

What are services like?
We begin our celebration service with a time of Spirit-filled worship that is vibrant and authentic. Then after our weekly giving and a few announcements we dive into the Scriptures together to receive the instruction of God's Word.

What is the community like?
Diversity is one of the greatest strengths our church family. We are a multi-ethnic community of Christ-followers who are joined together by our common faith in Jesus.

What if I'm not a Christian?
When you look at the Grace family what you see is a snapshot of what heaven is going to look like. We warmly embrace every person who comes our way. So, no matter who you are or what your struggle may be, we welcome you as a part of our family. We believe that growth and healing take place in our lives when we open our hearts to God and begin connecting with others who are also seeking to grow in God's Grace. Wherever you are in your journey right now, the Grace family is here to help you take the next step in your relationship with God and in living out the Grace-filled life! Wear what you feel comfortable wearing! We are much more concerned with what God is doing inside your heart than how you look on the outside. When you show up to worship at Grace you will find people dressed in everything from 3-piece suits for the men and dresses for the ladies, to blue jeans and tennis shoes. Come as you are.

Hello Brothers and Sisters of the Grace Assemble of Westchester CA. we are from Sierra Leone for the past Ten years we been worshiping in our own local way in my community and we did not want that to happen so that is why I write for financial support for the building of Grace Assemble Church in my community. The name of my community is call konika barina chiefdom in Tonkolili district in the northern part of Sierra Leone. It has taken ten years now no sing of GAC Mission were never head on that land from we lost our faith during the long rebel war in my community. And my people are now lost soul of the Devin Christ and his rules. People are now practicing souring business turning to snake biting people shooting people with witch guns many more devilish acts. Before then there used to be a GAC Church there where we use to worship. Bet after the brutal rebel war in my country Sierra Leone that part of the country lost it first GAC Church ever in my life time. So base on that we are asking for your noble Church to help us rebuild our scattered and dilapidated Grace Assemble Church. Base on this history of The Grace Assemble Church. We are also seeks to create disciples for Christ through outreach, evangelism, and through seeking holiness, also called sanctification, by the power of the Holy Spirit. As we fully know that the Grace Assemble Church represents the work of the Holy Spirit in the world, also represent the predecessor denominations, Grace Assemble Church, the Methodist Church and the Evangelical United Brethren, united at the base symbolizing the 1968 merger. The Grace Assemble Church understands itself to be part of the holy catholic (or universal) church and it recognizes the historic ecumenical creeds, the Apostles' Creed; and the Nicene Creed; which are used frequently in services of worship. The Book of Discipline also recognizes the importance of the Chalcedonian Creed of the Council of Chalcedon. It upholds the concept of the "visible and invisible Church," meaning that all who are truly believers in every age belong to the holy Church invisible, while the Grace Assemble Church is a branch of the Church visible, to which all believers must be connected as it is the only institution wherein the Word of God is preached and the Sacraments are administered. Sir we are asking brother Grace Assemble Church out there to come to our aid for us and our people in my community and my country to be saving through Christ our Lord. Amen. yours Faithfully Pastor John Fornah
