Who We Are

Littleton Christian Church is simple - we focus on Loving God, Loving Each Other, and Loving the World. This happens through our Sunday gatherings inside the Main Street Centre (an office building, but it works great for us!), through Biblical Preaching, through passionate worship, and through real relationships. We love LIttleton and our vision is to be a long, faithful benefit to our city. LCC has lots of young families, and we're excited to meet all sorts of new people - you'll find white-collar, blue-collar, and no-collar people among us, loving each other as the body of Christ. In fact, one of the things we're most excited about is what God is doing in churches all around us in Littleton - we want to support them as much as we can.

Our Services

What are services like?
Our services are gatherings of 70-100 adults, 30-50 kids. They are about 90 minutes long, with a strong emphasis on worship, prayer, relationship, and usually a 45-minute expository sermon - we go through the Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, story by story, and let God speak to us through that. We always try to make room for God to speak through Spiritual gifts, and usually that stays orderly (but people are messy sometimes!). We almost always finish our services with the Lord's Supper.

What is the community like?
We are made up of young and old, employed and unemployed, educated and non-educated people. On Sundays, you'll find a group of very loving people who have deep relationships with each other. We are relaxed - in fact we do our best to avoid legalism in all it's dangerous varieties!

What if I'm not a Christian?
You are more than welcome!!! It is our hope that you will hear a clear explanation of the Good News about Jesus every time you come - especially when we are preparing to take communion. This is a great place to learn about Christianity, find social support, see the power of prayer, and more.

Mike Wright

Mike is a denver native who went to Cherry Creek High School, then left for Westmont College (in Santa Barbara). He graduated in 2004 and immediately moved home and begged his way onto the staff of this church (which was called New Community Christian Church at the time). He earned his M. Div from Denver Seminary, is ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, and (best of all) is married to Erin. They have two baby girls (15 months and 1 month as of December 2012). Mike loves coffee and conversation, and is passionate about teaching straight out of the Bible.
