About Us
Life Line Full Gospel Church (Baptist) was originally founded on Easter Sunday in 1987 by Pastor Herbert A. Hill, Jr.
We offer powerful preaching and life-changing teaching in a family atmosphere, along with ministries and programs designed to enrich and empower ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things through Christ Jesus.

Arliss Hill
Senior Pastor
A native of Newport News, Virginia, Pastor Arliss D. Hill serves as the Senior Pastor of Life Line Full Gospel Church. Being born and raised in Newport News, his passion for the restoration and rebuilding of our community through the spirit of Servant Leadership in Christ Jesus is evident. As the youngest son of our Founding Pastors, Pastor A.D. displays an overwhelming commitment and dedication to Life Line’s Kingdom growth and community influence through the dynamic teaching and preaching of God’s Holy Word. He delivers an anointed, heartfelt, and passionate message of God’s Redemptive Story through the loving sacrifice of Jesus Christ in a manner that is eye-opening and relevant.
Pastor Hill’s powerful testimony of the redemptive power and grace of our perfect God gives hope to the hopeless. Reflective of God’s faithful commitment to the Apostle Peter in Luke 22:31-32, Pastor A.D.’s “Sifting Experience” ignited his passionate fire to strengthen and deliver all who are weak, bound, and broken through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This anointing for spiritual restoration birthed his commitment to developing and empowering Kingdom Leaders to transform our communities. Pastor Hill was licensed as a minister to preach the Gospel in 2004, here at Life Line Full Gospel Church. From there, Pastor Hill has been serving as the pastor of Life Line Full Gospel Church since 2018.
Pastor Hill is a graduate of Liberty University with a M.A. in Theological Studies (with Distinction) and a B.S. in Business Administration/Project Management (Suma Cum Laude). Pastor A.D. is blessed to be husband of our beautiful First Lady, Okema, and the proud father of his son, Israel, and bonus daughter, Aniyah.
