Leadership
Steve Gibbs
Pastor
Born and raised in New Jersey, Steve and his family have lived in Lancaster County since 2006.
As a freshman in college, Steve experienced a complete transformation after he invited Jesus Christ into his life. In 1987 Steve and his wife, Beth, and their children left New Jersey and moved to Cusco, Peru, South America. They served as part of a missionary church planting team working among the Quechua people, who are descendants of the Incas. Returning to the U.S. in 2000, Steve has since worked as a pastor and has been at Landis Valley since 2010. He is also serving as a chaplain at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehab Center, Columbia, PA .
Steve enjoys meeting new people and outdoor activities such as running, hiking, biking and tent camping. He also likes reading, music, going to the beach, and has been a Philadelphia Phillies baseball fan since 1974.
Steve and Beth are the parents of five children and grandparents of five.
