About Us
We are a fellowship where each member is helped to find the Lord's will and calling and then given the opportunity to grow and serve in that area of passion. Our programs are constructed around our people rather than people placed around programs. Our preaching and teaching is bible based and solid. We take stand where the bible stands on issues of life, the family, and freedom.
Our property is called The Global Outreach Center to remind us of our mission and that we, not our buildings, are the church.
Our mission work is creative, high-tech, and global in nature. We have effective ongoing ministries in such places as India and Haiti. Our pastor is a former chairman of the International Mission Board.

Pastor of IBC for 20 years. Served on various boards at colleges and in mission organizations. Currently serving as trustee for Criswell College. Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty University. Wife, Peggy May Hatley. Two children, A.J. and Daniel. Passion for preaching, missions, and Christian education.Location & Directions
