Nos reunimos los domingos a las 6 de la tarde. Iglesia del Nazareno Nuevo Amanecer, anunciando el mensage de salvación a travéz de Jesucristo, el Hijo de Dios, enviado por Dios a darnos vida eterna.
We meet Sundays at 6pm. Church of the Nazarene in Effingham, preaching the message of salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of God, sent by God to offer eternal life.

Luisa Mendoza
Pastor
I am Pastor Luisa Mendoza. I am originally from Bolivia, South America. My husband Raul and I have a beautiful daughter. As a family, we delight in serving God and His people.
I have served the Lord since I was a teenager in different capacities: prayer leader, evangelist, missionary, and Pastor. I like to read, tell stories, and I enjoy long walks with my two little dogs. After a few years of hard work, I obtained a degree in Counseling for Christian Ministry at Nazarene Bible College in 2019.
I am truly grateful to be able to serve as the Pastor of two Hispanic congregations with the Church of the Nazarene, in Effingham and Mattoon, Illinois.
Yo soy la pastora Luisa Mendoza. Soy de Bolivia, Sudamérica. Mi esposo se llama Raúl, y tenemos una preciosa hija. Nos deleitamos en servir a Dios y a Su pueblo como familia. He estado sirviendo al Señor desde que era adolescente en diferentes capacidades: líder de oración, evangelista y pastora. Me gusta leer, contar cuentos, y disfruto de largas caminatas con mis dos perritos. En el 2019, después de algunos años de estudiar duro, obtuve mi título universitario en consejería para ministerios cristianos de la universidad Nazarene Bible College.
Yo estoy muy agradecida de poder servir como pastora de dos congregaciones en la Iglesia del Nazareno, en Effingham y en Mattoon, Illinois.
