George Daniels

Pastor George T. Daniels was born to George and Catherine Daniels in Brooklyn, New York. There he attended the Historic First Church of God in Christ. In 2000 he accepted the call on his life to preach the Gospel. His undergraduate studies were completed at the Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester NY. He has earned the Masters of Divinity Degree from Shaw University Divinity School. Elder Daniels thirst for learning led him to enroll in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA where he has earned the Doctor of Ministry (ABD) distinction. He is also a chaplain having earned three extended units of Clinical Pastoral Education. In 2002 he joined the Abundant Life Christian Center COGIC in Raleigh where his pastor was Superintendent Stenneth E. Powell. Elder Daniels has served as a member of the Elders Council in the Triangle District in North Carolina. Elder Daniels has served as the Director of Economic Empowerment and as Director of the Publications Ministry. He also served as the Chief of Protocol for the Triangle District. Elder Daniels also served on the Board of Directors of the LIFE Center and mentors youth in his community. He has received numerous awards and in 2006 he was selected by Who’s Who Among College Students in America for outstanding academic achievement. Elder Daniels is socially active and has consistently been involved with community issues such as police brutality, housing discrimination, employment assistance, homelessness and spiritual guidance. His voice seeks to bring positive change in society. In addition, he has developed and taught several business and leadership seminars. He is the founder of Christian Planet an online community which promotes Christian fellowship and commerce across the globe. He is also the author of Sounds animals Make, a children's book. Elder Daniels lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife Viola.
