Dale Johnson
Pastor
Pastor Dale Johnson was chosen to serve as Hope Chapel Assembly of God's Senior Pastor in December of 2013. Previous to God's call into the ministry Pastor Dale had been involved in agriculture and then Nursing, ending up as a Nurse Practitioner for 13 years. Out of these backgrounds God has developed a sense of compassion and awareness for peoples needs across the spectrum, and a real insight into personal and marriage counseling that medical practice brings.
The attributes that best describe Dale as a pastor are strong preaching, teaching, discipleship, and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Hope Chapel Assembly of God where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Dale and Kendy are passionate about people, families, fellowship, worship and God's word.
He graduated from Barclay in 1989 with a degree in Christian Ministry, and has had further education, earning his RN, BSN, and MSN-ARNP also.
Pastor Dale has been happily married since 1993 to his wife Kendy. They have 4 children, a daughter in law, and a grandchild on the way.
