Hawthorne Gospel Church

What is the community like?
Nice , big crowd at a service or 2 mostly the 9:55 service can get over 500 close to 600 people in the congregation . Other services average 300 something 400 something , Sunday night so fsr has been a lighter congregstion from whst Ive seen . Im new to the church , going onto my 10 th week . If you re looking for s lighter crowd if you dont want to be with the heavier size crowd then go to eithen go with either 8:25 or 5;00 Sunday night . Gwt rhere esrly . Parking lot is huge . Get there early so you csn park where you want & sit where you want & in between the 8:25 & 9:55 & 11:25 services they serve bagels coffee tea etc . The church is MASSIVE !!!!! 4 sections in the lower level 5 in the upper . I looked on Google , the church seats between 1700 & 1800 . Im liking it so far . Maybe about 20 25 minutes away feom the George Washington Bridge going into NYC from NJ . 9:55 service is on YouTube as one of the pastors told me . If you can t make it to a service then look on YouTube & you ll see the service there , or even watch at anytime you want . You ARE required to take 2 consecutive membership classes back to back weeks & you MUST attend BOTH classes in order to becone an officual member of the church . My 2nd class is coming up this coming Sunday then I becone an official member . There are bible studies & different programs . So far Im seeing it as a giid church but I still have more to learn about the church & what tvey have etc .

What if I'm not a Christian?
