The pastor is a crackhead, I wish I was lying and it's hard to believe he's been able to stay scamming the people of del rio for as long as he has. He will go to restaurants and ask for donations like gift cards and stuff so he can use towards charity or for church raffles or whatever bs story he has and just uses those gift cards to trade for Crack I know it sounds far fetched but I wouldn't try to ruin a innocent pastors reputation if I wasn't completely sure about the things I've witnessed this man do and seen him trade Christmas gift donations thag are supposed to be for the unfortunate kids but instead have seen him trade the toys for Crack also, believe me when I say that this is not just a rumor or something that I am making up but have witnessed this man Paul Millsaps do SOOOOO MANY things that are just mind blowing. The fact he's a Crack head isn't even much of a secret, there's plenty of people who know about his schemes but I guess no one has put him out there but if you ask around to enough ppl especially those who are involved in drugs they'll tell you that he's just a scam artist who doesn't care about anything but himself and his Crack habit, I think it's time that people realize that all the donations given to this man aren't going to any good cause and he's just a master manipulater. Again this is not something I'm making up, he lives in a apartment on the top floor in a corner apartment at the Rick's apartments and he's even sold his car to a drug dealer before for like $50 worth of Crack and then was borrowed one from a church member since he no longer had a car and then would rent out that borrowed car who he had borrowed from a church member named nick I believe and would rent the car to a drug dealer for Crack, literally this stuff can't be made up and I'm tired of seeing him take advantage of good people who just want to do good and expect that their donations are going to good causes and not the pastors Crack cocaine habit​
