Good Afternoon! My name is Jennifer and I am a Homecare Advocate with Dedicated Nursing Associates. I am reaching out to give you information about our services and see if they may be useful to those in your congregation. We are a home health firm looking to branch out and be of assistance to those in your area. I was hoping to build a relationship with you to help spread the word about what we can offer to those that may be in need. DNA is a Medical Staffing firm who is certified by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Department of Health. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. We are partnered with Community Health Choices under UPMC Health Plan, Amerihealth Caritas, and PA Health and Wellness. We are also contracted through the DHS and the Office of Long-Term Living to provide services throughout all of Pennsylvania for a variety of waiver programs as well. We offer a variety of services including 24/7 in office support with real staff at all times (no third-party services), respite care and transportation services, and rates starting as low as $30/hr. Another unique benefit of our firm is there is no minimum hour requirement, and we are able to service even temporary needs.
