Our mission is to connect people to Jesus as we joyfully live and share the Gospel.

Good Shepherd aspires to move into the future as a united and joyful community in Christ, strengthened and inspired by God to have an increasing impact upon the Gretna community and beyond with the love of Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

What are services like?
8:00 a.m. Sunday-Liturgical Worship in the sanctuary (the Divine Services, traditional hymns, sung liturgies, organ-led, no keyboard, no lead singers) 9:30 a.m. Sunday-Traditional Worship in the sanctuary (Familiar Gospel songs and hymns, no sung liturgy, organ. This service is designed to finish at 10:15 a.m. to coincide with the end of the Sunday School hour.) 10:45 a.m. Sunday-Contemporary Worship in the MAC (Contemporary Christian music utilizing a praise band and lead singers. This service is held in the Ministry Activities Center.)
