What to Expect

What are services like?
Our worship service begins with contemporary Christian worship music led by a worship team. We generally sing one hymn each Sunday with organ and piano. The pastor preaches from the Word of God.

What is the community like?
Our church is more like a family than an organization. We care for one another, pray for one another, help out when someone has needs, etc. There are younger families with young children, middle-aged couples with teen children, young adults, and empty nesters.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Seekers are welcome to visit our church, with the understanding that they will hear the full gospel preached.

Leadership

John Teeter

Pastor Teeter was the founding pastor of Glad Tidings and has led the congregation since Bible studies and prayer meetings started in 1989. He graduated from Northwest Bible College (now Northwest University) in Kirkland, WA with a degree in Pastoral Ministries and is working on a Master of Theology degree at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston (Center for Urban Ministry Education campus).
