Generations Community Church
Making sure the next generation trusts God no matter what.
About Us
Generations currently holds services at the Lone Oak Clubhouse (44 Club Lane, Nicholasville).
We believe so strongly about making sure the next generation puts their complete faith in Jesus Christ that we launched our church in 2004 not with a worship service but with our shared family experience called Kidstuf. It wasn't until 2006 that we actually started what most Christians would consider a "real" worship service.

Max Vanderpool
Max is married to Jenny and, together, they have three children: John Mark, Jillian and Madeline. Max is a graduate of Wheaton College (B.A., M.A.) and Asbury Theological Seminary (MDiv.), although he often wonders how he’ll ever afford to send any of his kids to Wheaton. Max serves on the Board of Directors for the Jessamine County Food Pantry and for Leadership Jessamine County. He is also an adjunct instructor in the Christian Ministries Department at Asbury University. In 2006, he completed a year-long study of worldview through the Centurion Program (led by Chuck Colson). Max loves kayaking. In fact, if you own a kayak and even suggest hitting a river or lake, Max will only want to know one thing: what time?Location & Directions
