What are services like?
To start, we have awesome, contemporary, Spirit-filled worship that brings you into the presence of God. We are blessed to have a lot of very talented musicians at GPC. Often there is a time of just waiting on God, allowing the Holy Spirit to touch our hearts. You will almost always hear a testimony or two of the great things God has done in people’s lives from the previous week. These keep us in touch with the goodness and greatness of God! If you would like prayer, there is the time during the service set aside for this purpose, usually at the end of worship or after the message. We like to believe in God for the impossible. We have seen God do some amazing things. Multi-media is often used to promote upcoming events or to help powerfully communicate the message for the day. You’ll also receive powerful teaching that will be immediately applicable to your life. We break into discussion groups following this message where you can get to know some people. Afterward, we invite you to hang out to talk, or pray with one another.

What is the community like?
Visiting a church for the first time can be an intimidating experience. We’ve all been there. So, we’d like to ask you to do one very important thing: relax. We are a non-denominational church where everyone is welcome. GPC has members from Poway, Carmel Mt. Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, and Rancho Peñasquitos, El Cajon, Carmel Valley, Ramona, Escondido, Valley Center, Spring Valley, and Carlsbad.
