What are services like?
We gather to offer praise to God, to strengthen one another in our faith, and to learn of God's purpose for us through study of the Bible.

What is the community like?
We believe that all of life for a follower of Jesus rightly belongs to God and that there is no distinction between that which is sacred and that which is secular. We affirm the value of life in all areas of human endeavor as it is rightly related to God. This includes, but is not limited to, work, the arts, science, leisure, family, community, justice, compassion, wealth, and giving.

Jason Dohring
Pastor

Jason Dohring and his wife Kella moved to Galveston in August 2014. Before coming to Galveston Jason was a high school Bible teacher in Olathe KS and a pharmacist and Kella was a elementary school Spanish teacher. Jason and Kella have three children: Jayla, Courtney and Joshua. As a family they love to travel and have been blessed to be able to visit several different countries and see much of the world. As a family they also spent 4 months in Ensenada Mexico as short term missionaries. Here in Galveston they enjoy the beach, the historic houses and the many wonderful people they have been able to meet.
