Perrysburg First Church is a Bible-believing, Spirit-filled church, where we believe that God is active in our everyday lives. We are also part of a larger, global fellowship of churches called The United Methodist Church.
What are services like?
Sunday is our traditional service which includes our Chancel Choir and the singing of traditional hymns. In total, this service is about 60 minutes in length. Each service also includes a time of welcome, singing, an offering, prayer, scripture reading, and a hope-filled message from one of our pastors. Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month and is open to anyone seeking a relationship with Jesus. Children's Church is available during the service for any students Kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as Childcare and Nursery for our younger kids.
What is the community like?
Simply stated, at Perrysburg First, we're all about Jesus and serving others before self. You won't be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. We don't care how you're dressed or what candidate you voted for. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of life story imaginable.
Want to know the best part? No matter what you've been through or what questions you might have about God and faith, our church is a place where you'll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus gives to everyone.
What if I'm not a Christian?
First Church is open to anyone seeking a relationship with Jesus. If you have questions about what that looks like, or how to take the first step, please reach out to us.
