About Us
First Presbyterian Church is a church that believes we are in the world to serve Christ by doing some good in the lives of people. We offer a weekly free dinner through our Fourth Street Foods Cafe, practical guidance for life at our weekly Main Street Coffee House, and something spiritually positive to begin your week during our Sunday Worship Services - one held in Aurora and the other in Dillsboro at our sister church, Hopewell Presbyterian. We also host the offices and one of the distribution sites for the local Food Bank charity known as the Clearinghouse and were the founding organization for the local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
