What are services like?
Our services contain a combination of traditional and contemporary elements. While not a blended in service in the pure sense (in that we don't intermix the hymns with contemporary praise music) we do enjoy both styles of worship music. Typically the praise team gets an early start on the service at about 10:20 (though service doesn't officially start till 10:30). At some point you'll experience a children's message, sermon, offering, possibly communion (more on that later), announcements, hymns & contemporary music, and some type of wrap up (traditionally called a benediction). Despite the common misconception, Baptists have historically been a people of change, seeking to adapt to the culture God places us in while remaining true to His Word. As such we do not follow any particular liturgy nor are we locked into any particular order of service.

What is the community like?
We have people from all walks of life: While collar, blue collar, rich, poor, professional, laborer, single parents, mixed families, traditional families, ex-cons, recovering addicts, average people, life-time Christians, new believers and those who are still searching. We want you to be our guest, to feel welcome, and find a spiritual home here.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Excellent! Be welcome. Come be our guest, get to know us and allow us to minister to you. As a guest, as a seeker, we expect nothing of you and want to be a resource for you on your spiritual journey. We're starting to become known as a place where folks who have been put off by church in the past can find a safe home to resume exploring their faith.
