Steve DeFord

Pastor Steve and Celeste are both 1981 graduates of Prairie Bible College. They entered the pastoral ministry in 1990, first as Church Planters, then in 1996 they came to First Baptist Church in Ekalaka as the senior Pastor. Of their ten children, two are still in High School. They have two daughters-in-law and 4 Grandchildren. Pastor Steve is a member of IFCA International, and he and Celeste are missionaries with Northwest Independent Church Extension. Preaching and teaching the word of God is Pastor Steve's passion.
