Saved by God’s grace and guided by His holy word, we are called to be a blessing to others.

We welcome everyone! We don’t care how you dress, there are no requirements on how much you give. We are like a family here and anyone visiting us will be greeted with love, and assisted during the service if they want to be. Our service is structured and we follow a bulletin. Just one hour a week worshiping and thanking our Savior will change your life! Please join us this Sunday from 10-11am!

What to Expect

What are services like?
When you come in to Faith Lutheran Church you are happily greeted and welcomed, and you can sit wherever you’d like. Our service is structured, and you will have a bulletin that guides you through. You can just listen, or participate. Someone will sit next to you to make you more comfortable if you’d like. We serve Communion every Sunday. Service is one hour.

What is the community like?
Our church is on the East side of Jackson between the High School, Middle School and the City Park and Mall. Our large parking lot is very crowd permitting when necessary. We’re a small town with great schools, and the ‘country’ feel is evident when you talk to people all around Jackson, who are just down-home folks. There is no dress code here, no donation requirements. WELCOME!

What if I'm not a Christian?
Churches are for sinners! We are ALL sinners. When you come to Faith Lutheran Church we are all reading, listening to, and talking about Scripture in the Bible, both Old and New Testament. This is how we learn more about how God created us and everything around us, and how He sent His son, Jesus, to save us all from our sin so we will live forever in the Kingdom of God. We learn something every week that strengthens our faith, and this is how we become Christians. We are blessed and feel so wonderful to give to our community and many charities. To believe without seeing! That is faith!

In the beginning, visiting Faith Lutheran with my mom, who was raised Lutheran and attended Lutheran school, I felt a little lost. I didn’t know how to follow the path in the service. However, it didn’t scare me away! I am worshipping God and praising Jesus with wonderful people regardless! After my third visit I am already familiar enough to follow through. It’s not rocket science! It’s an hour thanking God and asking forgiveness for my sins every week! I love the smaller congregation, the beautiful church, the people, and that the service is conducted by centuries of history. I’m staying!

Faith Lutheran’s congregation is a caring family. Everyone is welcome at all times and greeted with warmth and smiles. You can dress however you want to. Please bring your children! We have 2 Sunday School rooms for different ages, and an adult Sunday School class. Bible Study on Wednesday from noon till one, after a shared lunch from 11:20-12. Sunday School starts at 9, and Worship Service is from 10-11. We support many charities, and once every month we have a Toiletries Giveaway for the Community. Please join our small congregation and be a part of a family that takes care of one another!
