After a life changing event in 1978 Pastor Rudy began to preach Jesus on the streets! His calling has taken them from the streets of San Francisco in the 1980' to San Fernando where they currently pastor Faith Center.
Pastor Rudy is a Commissioner for the City of San Fernando Transportation & Safety
