Roy began serving the Faith and Work Movement as the leader of a ministry start-up called Compass in Mountain View. God gave us favor as we began connecting Christians on their corporate campuses. Our first meeting was in 2014 with a few employees from the world's largest search engine company. This missional community group expanded to the other groups, additional campuses, and other cities. We started connecting Christians in companies like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Cisco. Now we have the privilege of working alongside Christians in corporate campuses all over the San Francisco Bay Area and nine major tech hub cities worldwide.
