Faith and Work Movement
About Us
We exist to create workplace fellowship groups and coach leaders who positively impact companies that impact the world. We are here to connect marketplace Christians and to catalyze networks that bring renewal to cities. We help believers bring their best self - including their faith to work. We do this by honoring God at work, encouraging one another, loving our coworkers the way Jesus would if he had our jobs and praying for our companies leaders, each other and our city.
We believe work matters, that Monday to Friday are part of our worship and calling. We're persuaded that God is using our callings to connect us to a larger vision of grace, justice, and restoration -- to flourishing workers, making life better for others, to prosperous companies exhibiting social responsibility, to gospel transformation and city renewal.
Faith and Work Movement is an incorporated 501.c3 religious nonprofit.

Leadership
Roy Tinklenberg
Founder, CEO and City Catalyst
Roy’s passion is to network and maximize leaders. Roy founded Faith and Work Movement Global in 2014 with a few employees from the world's largest search engine company. That missional community group expanded to new groups on multiple corporate campuses all across Silicon Valley and San Francisco. In 2017 Roy started to catalyze F&WM City Networks in major US tech hub cities. In 2018 he helped F&WM expand to European cities and to cities in Asia in 2019. Now F&WM Global has the privilege of working alongside Christian workplace fellowship groups in corporate campuses in 26 major tech hub cities worldwide. F&WM's virtual gatherings have engaged Christian employees in over 550 companies and 38 countries.
Prior to starting F&WM Global, Pastor Roy served cross-cultural and multi-ethnic churches in California. He earned his MA in Inter-Cultural Studies at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA and he completed his M.Div requirements at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL.
Roy and Esther are joyfully married and have raised three children in the Bay Area.
