    Youth Minister

    Dylan became the youth minister at Fairmont Park in August of 2014. He spent a little over year working in Midland in the oilfield and volunteered with the youth group during that time. Dylan and his wife Clare moved to Midland in April of 2013, after living in Okayama, Japan for two years, teaching English for a Japanese- English School and working with missionaries supported by Cloverdale Church of Christ in Searcy, AR. Dylan graduated from Harding University in 2010 with a B.A. in Youth & Family Ministry. Dylan and Clare enjoy good food, traveling, and the outdoors.

    Pulpit Minister

    Mike was welcomed as the Pulpit Minister for Fairmont Park in September of 2015. He is most passionate about sharing the love of the Lord in preaching and home Bible studies. Between his childhood and his own ministry, Mike has lived in Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, California, and Texas giving him a very confused accent! He is enthusiastic about most outdoor adventures, whether it has to do with hunting, motorcycles, aviation, or anything to do with water.

    Matt James
    Discipleship Minister

    Matt joined the Fairmont Park Family as the Discipleship Minister in April of 2016. He was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. He appreciates a hot cup of coffee, good conversation, and lots of laughter. He also enjoys simply being outdoors regardless of the reason. Matt attended Adventures In Missions (A.I.M.) where he served as an apprentice missionary for 2 years in Hilo, Hawaii. After A.I.M., he also attended the Sunset International Bible Institute, Matt holds a degree in the Science of Missions. He has served as a House Manager and caretaker for disabled adults in Abilene, a Relief House Parent for a children’s home in Stephenville, and as a Youth Minister in both Coahoma, and Sweetwater.

  • Don Mitchell

    Don Mitchell
    Outreach Minister

    Don serves as the outreach minister at Fairmont Park. He also has responsibilities with the “39er’s.” Don and his wife Gayle have lived in Midland for 40 years working with the Ft. Worth & Jax Streets church and the Westside congregation before coming to Fairmont in May 2003. Don holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from Abilene Christian University. The Mitchells have four children. They also have seven grandchildren. In his spare time, Don enjoys gardening, yard work, and keeping up with his grandkid's activities.
