About Us

MOVED to 207th and DeKalb..storefront

Erected in 1928, the congregation has been serving God and our neighbors in the Norwood section of the Bronx. We are a diverse collection of peoples who need and want the healing power of God's presence in our lives. We gather around His Holy Word and Sacraments, which are the means of grace. Fortified by His Holy Spirit, we go and witness the Good News of Jesus through word and action.
We are a non-traditional Traditional Church.....say what???
Come, experience the power of forgiveness and renewal of life.....only by and through Him !
CHURCH WAS SOLD SEPT 2013 to Ethiopian Orthodox Church.

I grew up in this church singing Beautiful Savior. It has made all the difference in my life. Wish I could visit once more and share with you all my adventures since the days of Pastor Kopp. I've been around the world with Jesus beside me. I will never forget the beautiful portrayal of Jesus above the alter where I served as accolade, while my older brother sang in the choir
