Who We Are

The word ecclesia means assembly or gathering. Used by Jesus to signify a movement He would build that would express His love for the world, we have addopted this ancient greek word to reflect a desire to live simply in following Jesus as He continues His work of redemption and restoration. Jesus loves Tampa. We love it too!

Our missions is to be a church for the city: proclaiming the Gospel, living it out, and helping others do the same.

What are services like?
Experiencing something new can be both exciting and unnerving at the same time. Visiting a new church is no different. What will it be like? Will I like it? How will people treat me? We've all been there before. The fact of the matter is Jesus has greatly affected our lives for the better, and we want everyone seeking the same opportunity to have it. Because of this, we work hard to make our gatherings as welcoming and as simple as possible so that no hindrance between you and Him.

What if I'm not a Christian?
No problem! We believe the doors of the church should be as open as Christ's arms. We welcome all people regardless of their faith or lack of it. Ecclesia is a great place to be, learn and discover the Christian faith.
