Ebenezer United Methodist Churche is actively engaged in the community through a number of community projects and missions. Ebenezer UMC participated in an Adopt-a-Family program, Souper Bowl of Caring, various food drives and support of global mission through collecting health kits and supporting several missions. Ebenezer UMC holds Sunday services at 9:00 AM.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our services are traditional but loose and casual. Our worship music is organ and hymns.

What is the community like?
Auburn is a small tight-knit community, located in Oldmans Township in Salem County, NJ.

What if I'm not a Christian?
All are welcome! It's not our church, it's Christ's church, we just open the doors on Sunday morning. You will find we are a very welcoming congregation.

Leadership

R. Bret Walker

Bret Walker is a Licensed Local Pastor, Certified Ministry Candidate (Elder) and student at the University of the Southwest, where he is majoring in Psychology with an emphasis in Religion. He recently graduated with honors from Gloucester County College, and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honors society. This is Pastor Walker’s first appointment as a pastor. Previously he has served as a lay person in music ministry, men’s ministry, youth ministry, Sunday school and evangelism at Pitman United Methodist Church in Pitman, NJ, where he has been a member for many years. Pastor Walker also serves on the Pitman Grove Camp Meeting committee.
