Divine Presence Fellowship
Reformed Baptist Church
About Us
>We are independent from any other governing church body.
>We are nondenominational, i.e. we hold no denominational affiliation.
>We are reformed Baptist in that we hold strictly to the
1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith.
We are a community of confessing believers who affirm the Biblical and Christ-exalting truths of the Reformation such as the five solas, the doctrines of grace, monergistic regeneration, and the redemptive historical approach to interpreting the Scriptures.
The formal and doctrinal basis, (secondary to the Bible), of Reformed Baptist Churches is the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith. Historically in the Baptist tradition, belief in the baptism of believers only is one of the defining doctrines. This means new a believer is at an age of reason in which he or she can repent of sin and believe on Jesus Christ as Lord. Divine Presence Fellowship (DPF) believes that only baptized believers should be members of local churches. In this sense we are unashamedly Baptist. We are Baptists in the tradition of John Bunyan, Benjamin Keach, and Charles Haddon Spurgeon.

Pastor Jim Bellin
I was raised Roman Catholic which provided me with the fundamentals of Christianity; but, my new life in Christ Jesus came though a Protestant pastor. As a young Christian I studied God’s word with passion and zeal which remains to this day. By the time God called me to pastor and plant a church I was on my second career. From an early age I had passion for music. I began private study in jazz/rock guitar and performed for many years; this was my first career. Eventually I returned to college and completed a B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science at the University of Delaware. I've worked in this my second career for twenty years. God continued to move in my heart over the years as I grew in faith. Then in 2004 God called me to pastor and plant a church. I entered seminary and graduated with a Masters in Practical Theology from Regent University in 2008. My preaching style is biblical and practical; teaching biblical principles that people can use in real life. I don’t spend time telling stories nor do I use pop-psychology; I simply preach the Word of God. It’s my belief that spiritual transformation comes through the hearing of God’s word, which has the power to pierce the heart and renew the mind.Location & Directions
