Discovery Church is a Church that believes that Scripture is God's Love letter to all of us. The Creator of the Universe is our God and Creator. His Son, Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. He came to earth to restore the relationship between God and His Creation (Us). Discovery Church is all about a personal relationship with God not about man's attempt to reach up to God (Religion). What to Expect

What are services like?
Casual atmosphere with lots of friendly people. After our service (usually about an hour) we hang around and talk and enjoy snacks for about a half hour more.

What is the community like?
Very loving and caring. NOT in your face or pushy. Very much like a family.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You are very welcome. We will NOT put you on the spot or ask you to stand and introduce yourself. You can meet people at your own pace. Don't be surprised when people introduce themselves or offer you a snack. This is a great group.

Leadership

Tim Hoff

Tim is a Graduate of Rockbridge Seminary, with a focus on Ministry Leadership. Tim has also studied at Moody Bible Institute (correspondence) Simon Greenleaf School of Law (Apologetics) Calvary Chapel Bible Ministry School (La Mirada, Ca) Pastoral Ministry. Tim enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and doing handyman projects for Family, friends and Church members. Tim also enjoys reading and studying the scriptures, and he digs old books, and working on bicycles.
