What to Expect

What are services like?
1st Sunday Communion open to everyone. Our service offers a combination of traditional and contemporary praise music. The church has a capacity of appx 100 people. During the winter we host a number of snowbirds from all over the United States. Our church has a small, friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

What is the community like?
Dauphin Island United Methodist Church exists to lead persons to an encounter with God through Jesus Christ, in whom there is healing for their hearts and transformation for their lives. We are motivated in our work by the inner principles of the kingdom of God as presented in Romans 14:17: Righteousness--a heart that is right with God and others, goodness, peace, and joy. We submit daily to the Holy Spirit, who alone works these values in us.
