Compass is a new church in Mountain View that exists to guide people to Christ and deep levels of community as we passionately pursue God's purposes for our lives. We serve side by side to work for the renewal of all things. What to Expect

What are services like?
The first thing that you'll notice about Compass is that we are a new church so we don't have a lot of rules or traditions to follow. We try to make a good first impression but we don't do things to try to impress. We keep things simple, straightforward, and we do things to scale. We let you decide what level of involvement that you are ready for. You can sit and listen or stand and sing your heart out! Messages are biblical, practical, personal and relevant to life in the Silicon Valley.

What is the community like?
There's always coffee available at the hospitality table and you can bring it to your seat and sip on it during the message. You'll get a chance to connect with people and refresh your beverages in the middle of the service. This casual time is great for making new friends. During the week there are opportunities to join faith and work groups at several Silicon Valley corporations, a community Bible Study, a Men's fellowship, Women's fellowship or a community service group.

What if I'm not a Christian?
If you are not a Christian, Compass would be a great first church for you to check out. Most churches are designed for Christians, speak a form of Christianese, and make non-Christians queasy when they start talking about life today. Compass was created for Christians to be able to engage with non-Christians in a humble dialog about our passions in life. If you come, you'll soon see that we're a lot alike. We live, work and play in the same places. We're passionate about the vitality of life that we find in Jesus and we want others to share in our joy.
