CPC: The Place We Want to Be! Clinton Presbyterian is warm and friendly congregation. We emphasize Jesus' love, grace, and forgiveness over condemning others. We are very intergenerational and blend traditional, contemporary, and audio/video elements into a worship service that builds you up for the week, not tears you down. We’re not perfect, but strive to be a little better each day. We know that Jesus loves us and we want to share His love with others.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Come for an hour, stay for free coffee! Sometimes we play electric guitars and sometimes we play our 100 year-old pipe organ--many we we do both. Services typically involve multimedia, about a 20 minute message, a time for children, and special music. We're family friendly and a great place for the whole family from the youngest to grandparents we have many families with spanning four generations worshipping together.

What is the community like?
A lot of places say they warm and inviting but really are pretty cold to "those outsiders". We like people, we like making new friends. It's a place where you can come as you are and we're not going to beat you down and push you out.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Come anyway! If you're searching, spiritual but not religious, agonistic, atheist, open-minded... Come. We strive to be a place where you are welcome to explore and ask questions about what Christian's believe. Maybe you've been beaten up by the church... Come. We strive to be a safe place where you can have doubts, fears, worries, questions. We strive to be a place where you encounter a sense of the Holy and the love the of Jesus. Clinton Presbyterian also hosts the Clinton area Lifetree Cafe. Lifetree is a place where all are welcome to come explores about issues ranging from faith to family to pets...
