Christ the King Church

About Us

A Traditional Christian Church affiliated with the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches.

We are a local gathering of saints who love the Lord Jesus Christ because He first loved us. We are evangelical and reformed. By “evangelical”, we mean that we proclaim the good news that Jesus Christ died and rose again for our sins, that He is the only way of salvation, and that one day God will make everything perfect. By “reformed”, we mean that we stand in the stream of historical Protestantism; we believe that God’s sovereignty is absolutely exhaustive, and we embrace the doctrines of grace wholeheartedly.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We have traditional Christian liturgical worship services. Every Sunday we sings hymns, psalms, and other Christian songs. The sermon is in depth, preached straight from the Bible with good exegesis of the text as well as personal application. Communion is served every Sunday and available to all baptized Christians, including children.

What is the community like?
We are relaxed, friendly, and serious about our faith. Every Sunday following the worship service, most people stay for coffee, snacks, and fellowship. Once a month, we have a pot-luck style meal. Throughout the year we have men and women book clubs, prayer meetings, Bible studies, classes (parenting, marriage, church history. etc.), and have many celebrations together.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You are welcome to join us for our services. We would love to have the opportunity to answer any questions you have about the Christian faith. You would learn a lot about Christianity by listening to the lyrics of the songs, the prayers, the scripture readings, and the sermons!
