Chestnut Street Baptist Church

About Us

A local church is an outpost of the greater and all inclusive Church of Jesus. The Church is made up of those “called out” to know God through faith in Jesus Christ and to come together as His people. That can only be accomplished when we gather together in local churches. This is where we can learn the names of God’s people, where we can mutually help each other to grow in our knowledge of Him and to express that relationship in the way we live.

Our hope and prayer is that you are a part of such a fellowship of faith in God through Jesus Christ. If not, we would like to invite you to consider Chestnut Street Baptist Church. We are here for the glory of God and for the good of our community. We wish to link people up in vital, life-giving fellowship with God through Jesus Christ and to equip them to express that faith in life and service. To accomplish this, we offer services of worship, Bible study and involvement in service to God and others both locally and around the world.

Please feel free to contact the church for more information, or just plan on attending services this week! You will be welcome.

God bless,
Pastor Frank Johnson
