Joshua Fite
Rev. Joshua Fite spent his life in the church as a pastor’s kid–growing up on the South Carolina district where his father currently serves. He was saved on December 1, 1996 and relented his heart to the sanctifying grace of the Holy Spirit while attending a camp meeting in Hobe Sound, FL in February of 1999. It was around that altar that Joshua was called to preach and in the fall of 1999 he attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Joshua graduated from TNU in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a double minor in Hebrew and Greek. In the fall of 2004 Joshua entered the Vanderbilt University Divinity School where he earned his Master of Divinity in December of 2007. During his years in Nashville Joshua married Michelle (Yarbrough) Fite also from South Carolina in July of 2000. They have three beautiful daughters. Trinity who is 8, Eliana who is 7, and Kaiyah who is 4. Michelle worked as the Resident Director for Junior/Senior housing at Trevecca from 2001 to 2009. During this time Joshua served part-time at Center Point Church of the Nazarene in Nashville from 2006 to 2008 and from there went to Spring Hill to serve the Christ Chapel church from 2008 to 2009. Pastor Josh has been at Lookout Valley Church of the Nazarene since August 2, 2009.Location & Directions
