Leadership
Quincy Stratford
Pastor Quincy Stratford, affectionately referred to as Pastor Q, serves as the senior pastor and founder of Carmel Friendship Church. He was called by God to the ministry and preached his first sermon at Zion Baptist Church on July 2, 2000. He served as Children and Youth Pastor at Mesquite Friendship Baptist Church in Mesquite, TX for 5 years. Pastor Q obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry Studies from Baptist College of Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. Pastor Q worked as a store manager for over 10 years before entering ministry full-time. Since launching the church from the living room of his home with just his family and a vision from God the church has experienced tremendous growth. In 2016 CFC purchased 11 acres of land in Wesley Chapel, FL. In 2021 the church moved into it's new facility. Pastor Q spends time outside of the church volunteer coaching and enjoying his family.
