Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God

was my home church back when Rev. Mary Corvene was Pastor there. ( besides being a member there), (I was a graduate of Pine Crest Bible Institute, in Salisbury Center, and then Pine Crest merged with Green Lane Bible, (which is now called Valley Forge College). I taught the entire cantata called LOVE TRANSCENDING by John W. Peterson. I played the piano for the entire cantata, and Joe Lima was the one among other members in group to rehearse the entire program. Someone did record the entire cantata, (dont know who...) Sure miss those wonderful days, . Still remembering Theresa Di Gesere with her energetic "praise the Lord" worship. I'm 84 now and still love our Heavenly Father and Blessed Son Jesus. ..... One time at an evangelistic mid-week meeting , a special visitor from New York City, came to the meeting , and was an opera star. Her voice was angelic, Mary Corvene suggest that this fine young gal sing a duet with me. So,.....we did. Everyone praised the Lord ! I I wish that an Assemblies place of worship were closer to me, (eg. (Saratoga Springs.). Yes, I know that Pastor Jeune was able to keep the only one there. That building is now under construction. I know there was also another Full Gospel assembly called "Soul Saving station". church for of all nations. I was friends with sister Sims there while attending on occasion. That church also had a class that taught very young youngsters about our Lord. Both my sons attended these classes when young. More history...too much to put here right now.
