About Us
We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; in His virgin birth; in His sinless life; in His miracles; in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood; in His bodily resurrection; in His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential, and that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to come into a relationship with God.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We further believe His power and gifts are available to believers today.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe it is important to uphold the scriptural practices of the early church. Therefore, we hold to the practice of water baptism and the regular taking of communion. We do not believe that either of these practices is essential for salvation, but that they serve as a demonstration of our living faith in Christ.

Leadership
Barry Stagner
A native of Southern California Barry Stagner was born into a Christian home and spent his early life much as would be expected in such an environment. In his mid teens however, Barry involved himself in the alcohol and drug culture of the day and began a cycle of destructive living that would consume the next decade of his life. Married at 20 to his beautiful wife Teri, the abuse and drunkenness drove the young couple to separation and divorce papers were filed. God however had another plan! After 8 months of separation and through a set of circumstances that could have only been divinely ordained, Barry was reunited with his wife and 2 year old daughter and they began a miraculous journey together that has now spanned over 33 years. (And counting!) As founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Tustin in Tustin Ca. Pastor Barry brings real life experience into his expositional teaching of the Word of God. With a great passion for young people, marriage, and those with self destructive and addictive behaviors, Barry knows and communicates what God can do even in a life that seems to be headed for total destruction. Barry now lives in Southern California with his wife Teri, and has a daughter, son, daughter in law and three beautiful grandchildren.Location & Directions
