What are services like?
When you come into the Welcome Center at Bridgeway you will be welcomed and given information about what is happening that morning. There is an information table and resources for children to engage in worship in a meaningful way. Our dress is casual although a few people dress in ties, suits, or dresses as they desire. Our pastor never wears a tie... So come as you are. We don't care what you look like. We're just glad you're joining in! You're always welcome here! The worship gathering begins at 10am. After a period of singing, children ages Pre-K through 5th grade are released to Discipleland, our children's church experience. At that time a message from the Bible is preached emphasizing the good news of Jesus Christ and our mission of being disicples that make disciples. After the message, typically we have a time of prayer and continue to worship through giving back to God some of the resources he has provided to us. In addition, we discuss specific ways we can apply or be accountable to respond to the Bible's message. We celebrate Communion (The Lord's Supper) every five weeks. Our worship gatherings usually last 80-90 minutes. On a Communion Sunday, our service tends to go ten minutes longer than on other weeks.

What is the community like?
Bridgeway reflects the multiethnic and multicultural neighborhood surrounding it. It is friendly and welcoming. It is an understatement to say that we love having new visitors and old friends join us!

What if I'm not a Christian?
If you're not a Christian, you definitely need to check out Bridgeway! We are a church for people who don't go to church. People from all walks of life are with us on the journey of a lifetime! There are a variety of opportunities for everyone to learn more about the Christian faith and be a part of Bridgeway no matter where they're at on their spiritual journey.
