Bridge Fellowship

About Us

Relevant, Relational, Evengelical, Missional, Contemporary, Jesus Centered.

Bridge Fellowship is a Faith Community of believers who worship together in Christ-Centered fellowship and love. The benediction we use is the Cornerstone for all who believe in Jesus as their Savior:

“Now let the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit. (John 15:13) Trusting in the promise that if we confess with our mouths the Lord Jesus and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

By faith alone we begin a relationship that is both personal and corporate in nature. When we claim these verses we are claimed by God through our faith in Jesus. We become members of God’s family…joint heirs with Jesus, by faith alone: “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Romans 4:2-4

As with our earthly families, when we are “born of the spirit” we face a new world that we must learn and attempt to master. The good news for us is two fold: First, the Holy Spirit of God will lead us in our journey to learn God’s will and His ways. Second, there is no set “time limit” for us to complete our journey.

As children of God we learn more about our Heavenly Father through our personal relationship with Jesus. Critical to sustained growth is understanding the need for the present and indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit of God.

If distance prevents you from worshiping with us in person, then Come Share the Being* with us online.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We choose to come together at an appointed time to publicly worship God. This includes prayer, praise, songs, and embracing others in genuine fellowship and love just as Jesus did on earth. We have an order of service that serves as a road map to help us to move through the worship experience. As an experience, it is at the will of the Holy Spirit. He directs and often adjusts our order of service to lead us into a better understanding of God's will for our lives, a testimony of how God has impacted individuals in their experiences, or to add a song or reading that God knows is needed. We have a Bible-based sermon each week unless the Holy Spirit indicates otherwise. It is about the Word of God. Life stories or experiences may be a part, but never the focus.

What is the community like?
Bridge Fellowship is a loving and caring faith community of committed Christians who live each day to please God. We seek God's leadership in our daily lives and know there will be times when we fall short of His loving will for our lives. We see these as twofold: First, God's Grace covers our human faults; many call these sins; mistakes we make in our daily lives that we make unintentionally as part of being imperfect this side of Heaven. Second, God provided for us through our faith in Jesus that another would come to give us the ability to live a life without violating the will of God for our life. These, also sins, are not unintentional on our part, but rather a known transgression against the known law of God. We are held accountable for these, they exist as a barrier between us and God's will for our life. These are the sins that we must ask forgiveness for regularly. Failure to do so can place our soul into danger. We do not "shoot our wounded." When we find ourselves in dark times, we support one another in fellowship and in love. When one attests/testifies to God's forgiveness, we accept His Word as true. We never stop loving.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Not a Christian? We invite you to come and learn what we are about and also learn what we are not about. We focus on personal relationships and not religious formalities. Our lives are our choices, not our obligations. We serve a living God who is able to lead and guide us into a close relationship with Him. We are not about miraculous demonstrations but rather miraculous life changes based on a personal relationship with God. We care about you and you are always welcome to "Come Share the Being" with us.
